The Buzzard is our unique 4-star two-bedroom chalet – vastly extended and upgraded, and without
doubt is one of the most spacious, bright and comfortable 2 bedroomed chalets on the estate.

The Buzzard is situated in one of Portnellan’s most tranquil locations with fabulous views of the Highlands: Loch Iuibhair (pronounced ‘ewar’), Glen Dochart and the magnificent Ben More.

The uncluttered interior combines traditional pine chalet décor with tasteful, modern home comforts,
beautiful Scottish artwork, and panoramic views – both from the living room and the private wrap around
balcony.

General features: A gorgeous, large pine-clad living area; separate, spacious dining room; 2 lovely bedrooms, one king size the other twin bedded, each with en suite bathrooms.

The kitchen is separated from the dining room by a large worktop island.

The chalet benefits from full double glazing, energy saving LED ceiling lighting throughout, new low-
energy mineral filled electric heating, good quality curtains and blinds. Vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board and clothes horse are provided.

Red Squirrels and an abundance of wild birds visit the bird feeder and can be viewed at exceptionally
close quarters from the lounge window or decking. Red Deer may wander by the chalet too.

Living area: very large living room boasting wonderful panoramic views of the surrounding
countryside. There is a private wrap around balcony with garden furniture (a BBQ is available free upon request).

Luxurious Duresta suite, new oak-effect flooring, 43“Panasonic HD smart
LED TV with Sky + Freeview (a full Sky package is available for £30 per stay) LG Blu Ray DVD,
Nintendo Wii and sound system.

Kitchen: Fridge, separate freezer, fan-assisted oven with ceramic hob. washing machine,
dishwasher, microwave. Plenty of storage space and equipped with all modern essentials:
NESPRESSO coffee machine, blender/grinder, food processor, toaster, cutlery, Royal Doulton crockery, Dunoon mugs, a wide range of glasses, cooking utensils, pots and pans and tea towels.

Dining room: This spacious, bright room with new oak effect flooring has a dining table, four chairs plus a further separate seating area and coffee table.

Bedroom 1: king-size double bed, fitted carpet, ample wardrobes and drawers, hairdryer and bedside lighting. Full Egyptian cotton bed linen, high-grade cotton towels and Arran Aromatic
soap provided. En-suite: Bath with power shower overhead, useful retractable clothes line,
heated towel rail, weighing scales and bathmat provided.

Bedroom 2: two full size single beds, fitted carpets, wardrobe, drawers and bedside lighting.
Full Egyptian cotton bed linen, high-grade cotton towels and Arran Aromatic soap provided. En-suite: power shower, heated towel rail, bathmat provided.
